so what kind of meth are you shootin and how much of a shot? is it over a certain amount of boost? or just whenever you hit boost?

 

orrickr: This day of more boost will come soon. Once I get the rods. Right now I'll just bump it 2-3 psi. Just to be safe. I'm still getting 12.15 whp per psi, lol.

lancerrally45: I bought Aquastealth kit. I head very good things about this innexpensive kit. Yesterday I just bought blue (-20) windshield washer fluid. No detergents; only water and meth. People say it's 35%meth and 65% water. This costed me $1.65 for gallon, lol. Than I got HEET (yellow bottle); it's a 4 puck deal and 12oz. each ($4). Now you have to mix 2 of the HEET bottles with WW and now you will get perfect 50/50 mix. HEET is 98% methanol.

My kit come with solenoid so it's sprayed at certain desired boost (2-24psi of boost). Companies say to start spraying at half of your full boost.

For ex: If my full boost would be 9 psi than I should start spraying around 4.5psi.

I hope this will help. This kit is very easy to install. No point of buying more expensive kit since they all use the same pumps.

Correct. Some people put it right on tb and some people drill holes in the runners of the IM. I'm just doing single nozzle at tb.

 

Yeah, I was trying to remember from some the Evo threads I've looked at...and most used this method. Are you using the windshield wiper fluid tank for it or did you get another tank for it? Where are you mounting it? In the trunk like alot of Evo owners do?

 

Just out of curiousity, what kind of gas mileage do you get with the high comp and turbo together?
