RRM website says that the intercooled kit can achieve 230 wheel hp. Is this possible??? can anyone with the kit verify this???

in a pm boe estimated he was at around 180 whp i think... dont hold me to that... so not 230...

 

That was at 6psi. He tracks at 8 or 9 psi (i forget which) which would put him very near 200whp.

If you can control your fuel well enough and richen out your AFR enough to prevent detonation then the strength of your pistons and con rods are the only limiting factors for hitting 230whp.

 

so with fuel management, forged psiton and stronger rods it can be done.

 

Simply put: yes. 230 is definitely doable. I'm pretty sure that's approaching the neighborhood of valve work too, but no one's really gotten far enough to know/have a catastrophic failure yet.

U'll never know what RRM has up their sleeves

 

It's all a matter of how high you can boost without knocking or running too lean.

pretty much all of whats on rrm site hehe
specificly performance parts all go no show
