anyone ever use it or have an opinion? much cheaper than other kits i have found and it seems to have all the necessary components.... just did a search and there not much talk about this at all.... feel free to correct me if i am wrong

i know rrm is the place to go for outta the box turbo kits but i wanted to know if anyone thinks this would stack up for the lesser price??

i am running the same turbo kit, but i would look here and not some other site

http://www.turbospecialties-race.com...hi/ml25B1e.asp

http://www.turbokits.com/lancer_turbo_kits.html - pretty much the same type of kit

turbospecialties site gives you the option for a SAFC or 2 injectors

As far as my opinion goes, this turbo kit is good, and for the price of its a amazing deal!

The turbo is a gT25 spools up faster than bigger turbos it comes internally wastegated and its pretty much a bolt-on kit just like RRM.

this turbo kit will give you more than just a 20% increase. I'm running like 9psi on stock internals

very good to know... not to segway to a new topic but of the turbospecialties kits, which do you have doctorjon, the injector or safc??? the vivid one i belive works on a safc platform but it doesnt explicitly state that. just curious if one version is better or more desirable than the other, safc vs injector. thanks!!!

im running 2 injectors with the injector control unit, don't wanna go into too much detail but right here explains it all, lets say you wanna spit more fuel into your car(which adds more power) 2 injectors helps and can make your car a lot faster. It comes with a lot of different features and allows you to tune it to run lean or rich. S-AFC II does pretty much the same thing but in my opinion running 2 more injectors is probably the best way if you want more power added. hoped that helped

2 injectors - http://www.turbospecialties-race.com.../2Injector.asp

SAFC- http://www.turbospecialties-race.com...stems/safc.asp

i wonder if they modified the kit for better fitment. i think the rrm kit is better in my opinion. spend another 200 dollars for a bigger turbo, etc, but a t25 is good enough.

uh jus looked at that picture and the BOV is a VTA type. Your gonna have to switch this out with a recirculating one. And also the intercooler seems a bit overkill for a T25. It looks like the size of the Evo ones but good to have in case you decide to upgrade later. Gonna see a bit of pressure drop with it due to the size but it's negligible.
Love that cast manifold with the heatshield tho.

t25 is good enough for pushing 200 or more, t28 is good for pushing 300 or more.

the bov is vented but theres ways to work around with either the S-AFC or injector control unit.
