Adjusting Boost lvl's on rrm turbo kit

I'm running really rich on my rrm turbo kit and I was wondering if it was the vortech fmu giving way too much fuel for the amount of boost. Right now my gauge is saying around 12 psi when my boost maxes out. So I'm thinking of turning down the boost. Is the wastegate adjustable and is that the correct way to adjust the boost?

Thanks

Danny

it'a a Tial wastegate, 5lbs spring. Where are you getting 12psi from? You may the vac hose connected wrong (i doubt it) or you a have 12lbs spring..hmmm. You need to get you a 5lbs spring and a boost controller of some sort.
