You need much more than a manifold since you have an 05. You can't use the fpr unless you switch to a return fuel system from the 02-03. It really sounds like you should have someone build you a kit. Theres a lot of minor things that you will need or need to modify to make any of these other kits work. Missing any of them could be bad for your motor.

Really you just need an 03 fuel rail and intake manifold and some fuel line...and the fuel pump assembly, or add a nozzle to the stock one. From a junk yard its very cheap. And if you've removed any of those parts before, it's pretty easy.

I'd say start a new thread to ask about building a turbo kit...but then it would be closed and you'd be told to search. I suggest going to the 02-07 lancer forced induction section and reading the stickies about finding the right turbo and all the parts you will need. It will help you out a lot and you should be able to build a kit off of that info. Most of your responses here will be to search or read more about it. The basics of building a turbo kit are knowing what all the little bits and pieces you need to build it.
You will need:
02-03 manifold an fuel rail w/return line
02-03 fuel pump assembly
FMU
Fuel injectors
turbo
turbo manifold
intercooler
wastegate
oil feed and drain lines
blow off valve
a tune
and a source for all of your pipes (exhaust and intercooler)

Your best bet is to find a successful build and model your own on that. As I tell everyone considering a custom kit, until you know literally everything on the subject, don't do it. The plus of buying a pre-made kit is that it's already been tested and someone else can guide you through the entire install.
You can probably simplify the above list. I don't see why you would need an FMU and injectors and a tune. You could probably just get injectors and a tune and completely omit the other crap (02-03 fuel pump, line, etc). You'll also want water lines (assuming the turbo isn't a POS and is watercooled) and gauges.

your just short of intercooler piping and a turbo. How come you didn't just buy the turbo manifold from RRM?

After buying the 2 manifolds and paying to have a new flange welded on and buying the flange, you'll have spent the same money as RRMs manifold or more, and the RRM manifold will be easier and cleaner lol.

lol nevermind then. I'm still waiting for some money to get the RRM manifold. Everytime I think of the parts I still need, the list still seems so long lol.
Oh and by the way, to the main topic, the guy is selling his turbo and manifold for $200 to go NA. So I guess there's nothing more to this main topic.
