i'm looking into adding a turbo for my Lancer, but i keep reading this "stage" thing for turbo, (ie. stage 3 turbo) what does that actually mean?
how much money will i be looking at if i want a good quality turbo?
more importantly, what other upgrade should i get first before the turbo?

 

Yeah, etiquite and all but since you asked... Stages are basically marketing. You pay this much for x performance... you want more then you add this and this to get to "stage 10" Begin with the end in mind and decide what you want and what your realistically willing to spend and get a second opinion.. Oh, btw- be careful of people trying to sell you stages! And wash that car!!!(it is show and shine...)
