what would i need if i bought this?

ok so lately ive been really looking into turboing my car. the RRM kit just simply isnt an option b/c i dont have the cash for it. so i found a kit thats basically a bare bone kit without any extras. i think its a good kit cuz it gives me somehting to get started on and i can easily upgrade later. so i have three questions...

1) what would i need if i wanted to buy this kit then upgrade it to include an IC and BOV and where could i get the piping/hoses/clamps etc.?

2) if i wanted to buy a bigger turbo (16G probably) and swap that in what other parts would i need?

3) how much boost could i run on a t25 and 16g turbo if i got new rods and pistons?

heres the kit im lookin at - http://www.prostreetonline.com/pnsku/ml2501.asp

1) The kit your looking at is a for 5 to 6 psi safe boost. I've seen some integras run 7 with no intercooler. You could goto any local muffler shop or buy a intercooler/piping kit on ebay. Make sure you get a RECIRC BOV also.

2) I don't think the manifold can fit a 16G, but i am certain RRM manifolds can fit the 16g turbos.

3) BBT25 is rated about 250 to 300hp. Gives you quicker spools at lower RPM, but can't really give you high boost at higher RPM.

The EvoIII 16g is rated to +400hp it can achieve higher boost levels at higher RPMS.

I would look into turbocharging and do a lot of research.

Off the top of my head you would need manifold, o2 housing, downpipe, and a wastegate. would you be getting a evo III 16g or another one?

the 16g comes in either the twin scroll or the 14b flange that first gen dsm's used. You would need to replace everything since they are far from compatable. There are many T25 turbos out there that are better than a 16g but they will cost you more. But thats not going to make any difference until you have a completely built engine and preferably another a 7k redline

The 16G will have the higher output but which is better is debatable.

? Your car didn't come with a turbo so I don't understand how it could sound "stock". Bigger isn't always better.
