My 02 oz build!
LoL. Yeah well every good thing must come to an end. Might as well go out while you're having fun.
Anywayz, some advice for the OP. I found it best to assemble the turbo assembly with the up pipe and down pipe outside of the car. Then put it in while the radiator assembly is out. This will give you the room to maneuver and basically see how everything is going to sit on your car. At which point get the tools to get to certain PITA bolts because you're going to need to retighten some things after it heats and cools <- I didn't and had to do everything over, that's when I also got the Headers. Believe me you don't want to take all those things off for 1 stupid gasket.
But this will require someone to maneuver it around while another person just secures the two bolts to the header at the bottom.
Also, don't forget to prime the feed line, and I added a small amount of oil to the turbo right before starting it up(that's just me though). And make sure your drain line is an easy/straight shot down to the pan.
Other wise good luck and keep us posted. Hope you have as much fun with it as I did.

OK so i got the coilovers on. CAR LOOKS SICK. had a little bit of rubbing on the fron pass side on the plastic that lines the fender. took a razor blade to that and cut out the section that was rubbing. Install took about 1.5 to 2 hours. Rides good, cornering is tight. The only thing i am questioning is that i hear a small knocking noice, very small at lower speeds??? any one know what that is???other than that i love the new coilover setup.
I have Megan coilovers and they have been making the noise you describe from day one. I have a little over 5000 miles on them and checked everything after 1000. I think its normal.
Oh and its only over bumps/potholes bellow 10mph in my case.

*Update*
Ok so i have some updates from my build. Yesterday i put on my new Brembo slotted high performance brake rotors (look great) and akebono ceramic brake pads. I also purchased my new radiator fan, went with the 10 inch front mount fan, and i got my ngk iridium spak plugs. I will install the fam and plugs wen i do the turbo. I also received in the mail my gauges from glow shift direct, and my triple gauge pod the carbon fiber dash conversion from RRM. Going to puut that in today. I took off my days for turbo install Jan 17th through 21st. Going to give myself plenty of time to make sure everything is good and tight. Also i just need some da** time off from work.
Again thanks for the interest and oh yeah HAPPY 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
turbo Installed!
Ok so i finished up my turbo install yesterday and i love it! The only issue i am running into is my car will come to a low idle or completely cut off sometimes when i put it into neutral. I was told i needed to recirculate my bov into the pipe connected to my intake mani, is this true? What else could it be if not that?
ya.. your bov does need to be recirculated. it connects the BOV to the Intake, must be connected AFTER the MAF. should correct a few idleing issues, but normally only time u should see any problems is when your shifting kinda weird that your seeing a problem at idle.. did you upgrade your fuel? wideband? get it tuned yet?
get that bov recirulated for starters. and then work from there
