Yes but he still needs to somehow get 100+ extra HP, not something you can easily do with 10 PSI.

IIRC Mazda 3MPS' have a torque limiter so you dont get spin in 1st and 2nd.
and well with srt-4's you dont want to go there, they just defy the laws of physics...
