0-100KMH with a turbo kit 5-6sec

Is it possible to reach 0-60mph/0-100kmh in 5-6 seconds (looking for a figure close to 5) in these cars with 7-10psi of boost?

If he runs the 1/4 mile a lot getting your 0-60 time down can make a huge difference on your overall time. That is the only thing i can think of.

No, plus there is no way a stock GTS is going to do 0-60 in 7.6 seconds, Road and Track lists it at 8.5 seconds and they are absolutely brutal on their cars. Most people probably see closer to 9 or 10 seconds for a 0-60 time. If you want to cut that down to 5 or 6 seconds, you're going to need a hell of a lot more HP than 10 PSI can provide. You'll also need serious rubber and suspension modifications.

because in most other countries (not including the US), the 0-60 is used to determine how quick a car is rather than the 1/4 mile...just throwing that out there

you might see 6 second 0-60 time. I can get about 7.8 0-60 on average with a little under half a tank of gas with a CVT tranny. A manual will be alot faster since you can launch it harder. The cvt bogs down at first but then u go from 1st to D and it just stays at whatever rpm u want until u let off. I would assume another 100 whp will drop a second or 1.5 seconds off your 0-60 time.

He'll be limited by the FWD arrangement, unless he wants to run drag slicks all the time, 6 seconds is unlikely.

If he has a manual transmission couldn't he get a LSD to reduce tire spin? I've seen some dodge SRT4s and Mazda speed3's that run a 6 second or less 0-60 time.
