Can someone tell me what`s the best setting of countdown time for the Lancer??
I mean how long??
I am trying to set it up!!

i have the GReddy automatic timer and it is set to 30 seconds no matter what, and once the car is in motion it counts up from there. A typical drive to my work which is 5 miles away it usualy will sit for a minute and a half then shut off...

 

It depends upon how hard you run the car and how hot you get it. What timer are you using that you don't have an auto setting?

 

I just got a HKS type 1 timer this weekend. Pretty cool it has auto settings not at 30secs tho...It records your driving style and uses that to determine how long to shut off the car. A safe note would be to let it sit for 2 mins after hard driving, manual recomended on my car. What Kind do you have. The HKS is very nice I'm pretty impressed, has built in GTech features (0-60, 1/8, 1/4, 60' times and dual peak warning RPM settings and speed warning setiings and several other nifty things.)
