I think you gotta be a little more realistiic. Now while I'm sure with enough money, you could get that fast, it's gonna take more than the 3-4K for a turbo. Hell, even an Evo will require a good deal of work to get into the 11s from what I can tell and it starts off turbo'd.

you guys think it would be possible to run mid 14's with an intercooled turbo, ported and polished cylinder head, throttle body, headers, GReddy Cat-back exhaust system, rrm test pipe, and LSD?

You will definitely be in the mid 14's with what you mentioned. With the proper driving technique, you could maybe brake in the high 13's.. Like 13.9 or so I'd say.

twinkieeeeeee, your forgetting about 1 thing man, internals, internals, and more internals, if u dont have these consider your engine kaput at high boost.
