Since you have no location it's hard to say.

If Vince does his job right (carb boy) the turbo from RRM will be carb legal.

Yea where are you? Prolly the closest to passing smog is the ROAD/RACE Turbo kits.

Ask them about it. I think you can keep stock manifold and cats with it if you like.

Yes, you definitely can do it without tampering with catalytic converters. I think that's their saving grace. Their kit is being reviewed at present I believe. Rob, Gabe, Boe or Vince would definitely know more on this than I do though.

If you live in L.A. you gotta go there. RRM is in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Im sure if you ask around for a good garage ($$$) youll be straight. Im in PA, i have no cats, nothing. It cost around $80 to get your car inspected here annually. I give the guy $100 even though he doesnt ask for more that $80 to do the job. Gotta tip the man.

Well I am here!!!!!

Yes RRM's kit is poised to pass smog. We are submitting for CARB cert soon.

I am the test vehicle and I still have all of my cats.

That is probably the only way you will pass smog in California.

Shouldnt be too much longer if the damn Air Resource Board could get off their *** and send me back the test protocols.

I'm sure they'll send you back the *********...I mean test protocols real soon, Vince.

I've heard CARB tends to drag their feet with stuff like this. I hope that won't be the case here.

Make buds with the guys doign the testing and they will put all your car info vin etc... then pull the honda hybrid from behind the garage to do the test......

and $$ doesnt hurt....just as XtremeEvo said.
