Which Bov to take?

Hi a have a few questions and want to know your opinion. Which bov is better in sound a greddy type s or greddy type rs on a lancer. which one would sound better?, also just buy 440cc injector top feed from a 2002 wrx so would i need a new tune to put on the injectors or can a run new injectors in old tune? also i m thinking in 9 or 10 psi know so two option for that apexi safc neo or ecuflash? any opinion is appreciated.

i think that the type s and type rs sound alot alike. if your installing 440 injectors then you will need to tune. the 440s put a lot more fuel into you system so they need to be scaled down or you will be running super rich. i dont know too much about apexi safc's but i hear theyre a nightmare on our lancers. ecuflash is the way to go because you can tune every aspect of your car where as the safc has limited tuning capabilities.

My buddy has the greddy rs on his sr20det I think it sounds pretty sick to me. Definately go with ecuflash I am pretty sure you cant tune the injectors with the safc anyways which is a must because like crf says you will be dumping loads of fuel in. An safc is a Super Air Flow Controller which means it alters how much fuels goes in by altering how much air the ecu "thinks" the engine is receiving which will also change the load your ecu is calculating. I am running about 9 psi right now with 440s and ecuflash tuning its pretty awesome and real user friendly.

I would go with the hks ssqv. sounds a lot better. The Greddy only sounds good at high boost. From what I have heard and seen.

Wideband isnt nessasary to use ecuflash its nessasary to TUNE period. You do not want to attempt tuning without one. I have the aem uego I like it alot but wouldnt mind a innovate either. As for the cable I have the Tactrix 1.3u which works mint for me I suggest checking the FS forums here in evom thats where I got mine they pop up all the time but dont hesistate or it WILL be gone lol they go really fast

I've been running a Forge recirc valve for almost 3 years now and wouldn't have it any other way. People swear I'm running my BOV to the atmosphere. They're shocked when I open my hood and see it recirculated back into my intake pipe. I also like the flexibility in changing the pressure of the valve by switching out the springs. Forge makes top quality products, hands down.
