02 oz rally performance/ body mods

i have an 02 oz edition lancer and wanna do a little performance upgrade as well as some body customization, HOWEVERR i have a very low budget seeing that i'm in college. i would prefer to start with some simple upgrades that i can work on at home with my buddy. i have a $150- 200 monthly budget. Would it be helpful to look at junk yards? or are there good deals i can find online? thanks a lot for your help!

well with your income you should focus on thing, I make like 9 an hour but I chose to build a turbo kit. But I am still dedicated after buying part by part, reading every long forum in this site, and Im proud to say that I will be completing my kit in next month!!! and I will be installing it in the middle of may so I cannot wait. But let me know your decision and I can help you with some things I learned and which forums you can read to help you.

sell the lancer and buy something faster...or build a turbo Kit piece by piece ...

theres not much else you can do to an NA 4g94 for cheap to go faster ...

I mean almost every mod path you take will lead you up to getting a turbo kit together

^ agreed...more then likely you'll end up going forced.......honestly the lancer is a weak car well the 4g94s...i wouldnt use it on the track...not bad for a beginner to use as a project
