Help with gasket replacement timing belt..etc

Hey everyone I'm new to the community I got an 02 lancer oz and it's been okay driving it until these few months where it started overheating in la traffic. This car is a manual and it seems that my coolant is emptying into the oil as I can see some signs of head gasket blown. Oil in spark plugs, oil in coolants, water in oil, white stuff under oil cap. I am wondering if it's worth fixing this or going for an engine. I'm broke I'm in college so low budget. I have help from a friend who is a mechanic and my father but I would like hear your thoughts on this? The car has 130,000 miles it had transmission work, it has aftermarket air thing, some body kit, different trunk with carbon wing, and some after market exhaust. Also I need to get my smog done but my mechanic told me before I can I need to fix a misfire in cylinder 2. I believe that is linked somewhat to the head gasket. Thank you for reading this,

Headgasket and related service is only around $200ish if you do it yourself.
