My turbo lives again!!
Just to chime in here cuz i havent been on the forums in months.......
the ralliart/evo/lancers all share the same manifold flange. they're all 4B.
The ralliart and evo turbo and manifold will bolt right up to the lancer 2.0 and 2.4L.
Piping from there on out will most likely have to be custom (downpipe/exhaust and intercooler), but the manifold and turbo will bolt right up, which is the hard part anyway.
However you need to swap out the wastegate/actuator cuz theres NO way you can run the ralliart/evo's boost levels on the 2.0/2.4L without destroying something
Cheers

I'm on the same boat as you but in my case I bought the turbo from a friend who crushed the actuator to stay closed longer. Soo right now I'm waiting for someone who clears this up for us.
Instead of using the actuator to control the boost level, can you not just get a boost controller to solve all of your problems?

me-so-bishi is right. call Forge, they have a wastegate available for the Evo X, straight bolt on. Then ask them to put the lowest spring they have in there (5-10 lbs) and you're set! theres a technique to getting it to 5 psi though, since you can lengthen or shorten the rod, making the pre-load on the spring greater (more boost) or less (less boost), you want the rod at the point where you barely have to pull it forward (low pre-load) to get it onto the actual flapper. Also, a boost controller is a good idea nonetheless, but whatever the wastegate is set at, is the least boost possibly even with the controller.
and sorry i havent been on here in a few days, was kinda busy!
also, a new WGA will run you around $200 or more.
