Coil Plugs rated to?
If you are taking about the 2 ignition coils , they should be good for 450ish since they are the exact same as the Evolution .
If it helps i am at about 11 Psi on 93 octane with a .25 gap with Ngk iridium with 7 as the heat range and do not get any misfires .
I also have 440cc injectors (Wrx) and a stock Evolution X fuel pump (Plug and play )

I have the modified 880cc injectors at 10 /11 psi
I do get a little knock but from what i was told from my tunner at the dyno is that its false knock , he even tried removing all the timing and it would still knock . I trust him since i do work with him and has tunned many fast cars that are DD including his 9 second Evo 9 with full interior and DD .
He also told me it could be my restrictive exhaust causing it . But right now i have had about 7000k miles on the tune and have done about 30 pulls at the 1/4 with no issues .
