you can, im pretty sure you would increase the timing in your vacumm area and that will help increase your mileage but also give you more power

but in reality its how you drive your car, im always putting gas in my car because boosting is fun and tuning sucks

isnt there a spot where if you have to much boost it would start having negative effects on gas mileage?

I hear ya on the gas prices bro. Last time I looked premium was $3.89 here and that was a few days ago. As far as tuning for mileage Its called force open loop. Being in open loop while just cruising means you can safely lean out the fuel to to give better mileage. With city driving and boosting here and there I get 28mpg. I have my settings where closed loop is only at idle. Anything else and I am open loop and have my afr around 15.2-15.5 while cruising

I'm gettin' 28-29mpg now, and I drive pretty hard...boost at least every other stop light, I just can't help myself. Not sure about highway driving, haven't gone anywhere.

Pre-turbo, I got like...30 or 31, but that's on the highway. 27 in the city usually.

Never have done a mileage check with mostly highway driving but my guess with my current settings would be around 32 or so.

Gas engines are meant to burn gas, not save it.
