yeah yeah...cry me a river blubber tooth...lol...it sucks when you don't do your research all the way and then are scrambling to find things. It'll be done this weekend, it has to be.

Wish me luck that NAPA has the banjo bolt tomorrow. My half drill bit is toast and wouldn't work so not I have to take my stuff to a metal fab place and hope they can tap the oil pan for me. I really want to do it though!!!

Egt ss braid probe line running along my floor board to keep it neat so it doesnt go all over the place

Wideband cord, I ran it from the gauge pod, zipped tied it to the metal bar under the dash thats under the fuse box near the center console and to the passenger side through that groumet

heres the groumet

out comes the wideband through the engine bay groumet fromt the passenger side

this is where I ran the egt ss braiding and the oil pressure gauge through, the connector clip of the oil pressure gauge was to big to fit in that small space so I have to cut the wire and spice them together.

here is the oil pressure connector end and the egt probe, I used the metal airbox clip to hold them in place, I almost burnt the braiding yesterday from the braiding touching the battery , i thought I destroyed the wires so I tested it with a one of those small 9 volt batteries and a lighter and just put a little heat on it to see if the gauge moves which it did so its not broken

when I get ready to install the egt gauge I will take pics.

Also I notice when im driving when I try to accerlate it seems to keep hesistating and then it will pick up accerlation, Im using the stock box probably where the air filter is bad so I might put on the maf adapter and the filter to see if that helps. But can there be other reasons as well or has that happened to anyone else?

you could use a 4 way tee and that would solve your problems, is that for your vac line? because that is one gian those, I used the manifold to the FPR hose for my tee line

well if you need anything let us know, at least your doing at your house from what it looks like, I had to do my build in 100 degree weather for 7 days because I ran into so many issues here and there that should have been taken care of from the start. I will probably make a thread regarding turbo just to make it easier on people it seems like everyone is finally doing the custom kit compared to RRMS over priced turbo kit a 5th injector. I still can't get over what they said to me over the phone...

GOOD LUCK TRYING TO TUNE YOUR ECU BECUASE YOU CAN'T DO IT.... hahaha 17 pounds of boost later

I thought I had everything covered but that damn banjo bolt just killed it for me.

green bandit- I don't need a drill bit I needed a drill that will accept a 1/2"bit on it instead of the usual 3/8".

Wow! Come on man. that was one of the most important parts of the build. moving forward, if I were you id check home depot you'd be surprised at what your may find. No harbor freight tools around? Tractor supply company?

Also I'd tap that oil pan while it's off, then make that trip to home depot to get a plug for the hole while it's off. I know for a fact that they carry it. And there is no use taking the pan off twice. Just make sure when you put it on, it's on like it's never supposed to come back off. (rtv, not over torquing the bolts.)

just came back from SPA racing development in Revere. I ordered the 12mm banjo bolt and a 6AN to 4AN reducer because the only size banjo bolt he had connected to a 6An. That should come in tomorrow.

Imma work inside the car today when I come back from Harbor Freight. Gotta go pick up a 1/2" drill and a tranny jack.

Why dont you just get a step drill bit? Its cheaper and it will work with your 3/8" drill

It's too wide for the bolt test fit it when it comes in but you need a 4an bolt

Yeah, I was going to say the same thing about the bolt being too big. There is a bolt that goes in that hole. At this point ebay expedited shipping...
