NEW Nitrous Express N-tercooler Chiller

Hey,
As some of you know im getting a RRM turbo kit. i was wondering if any of you had this on your intercoolers? If not how come ? and if so is it worth it? What will cool the air more nitrous or CO2? What is cheaper? Will this fit on the RRM intercooler. I think i should get this. what are th differences between the 2 companys below:
NITROUS EXPRESS ONE:

OR CROY O2:

it sprays nitrous onto your intercooler, for example, before a 1/4 run and chills your intercooler significantly, therefore, when you are moving, the air being cooled in the intercooler is that much colder, its like putting your intercooler in a freezer before you drive, makes the air going from intercooler to tb that much colder, supposed to increase 50 hp and i would assume lessen the chance of detenation.

no way 50 hp increse but that would be cool... actually ice cold but the cheapest idea is to hook up your own system like get a rear washer out of a 1g ecplipse, make some sort of custome sprayer and fill it up with ICE water every time u goto the track or something... and Hit the winsheild washer ... viola cheap-o IC sprayer

put ICE water in the sprayer.....seriously lmao it'd reach boiling point in the engine bay, u'd need to put it right next to the intercooler on the bumper so it gets cold air to it to STAY cold. other wise after 4-5 minutes its gonna be at a very high temperature

i think Co2 would be cheaper...since u can get huge bottles filled at paintball stores i dont know many places that carry Nitrous Oxide for cheap...

I'd get the Nitrous Express one, it just looks cooler

uhm.... its only for track use.... hence... if you run a track time of 4-5 minutes u need to get a new ride

make some sort of custome sprayer and fill it up with ICE water every time u goto the track or something

Yup, not only that you have to buy the nitrous kit then get the tanks filled then use it then get the tanks filled then buy a whole new car.

ahh if i had a inter cooled turbo id get it looks like fun another button to push for more power and it kinda of makes smoke when the nitros comes out and you can put a warm beer in front of it and make it cold quick

so anyways...it claims 50 hp, not to the wheels, but it claims 50 hp. not to mention everyone ive talked to that has it says its sweet and that you can feel how much more efficeint its working, ice water isn't going to do a thing. co2 also works well for the price but around me (im not sure what its like elsewhere) you can get a 10 lb tank filled for 40 bucks.

omg...ice water isn't going to do nearly as much as nitrous...listen here, spray ice water on your hand, cold, spray co2 on your hand, uh oh, there goes your skin. the case is even worse with nitro...the point is first you tell me there is no way of 50 hp. ok well if people are lowering ther etas with ice water what do you think it adds hp wise? cuase 5 hp sure isn't gonna take a whole lot of time off...im just curious tho, not trying to start a fight

There's a lot of debate about this system. Dave buschur claimed that the gains came from the fact that the car was in fact ingesting nitrous after it had passed over the intercooler. I think it was Pruven who put a car on the dyno with the ntercooler and tried to clarigy his idea. Anyway, they got something like 40 - to 50 @ the wheels with nitrous and then switched to carbon dioxide. The car missed on CO2, which would suggest that the car was ingesting it.

[edit] Also, if you spray the stuff on your hand it's not the liquid that is cold, it's the fact that it's stored in liquid form and needs some sort of energy, heat, to change to its gas form.

Will it add hp? Yes. Will it add 50hp due to cooling? No.

The deal was (can't remember who figured it out) that nitrous was being ingested by the intake, which was like a (small) dry shot.

I'd assume that CO2 will have much smaller gains.
