I know positively u will need a new header and down pipe to accommodate for the turbo. But u might wanna go with a bigger piping setup for the turbo otherwise that back pressure might affect you results. Buy I could b wrong there. But the header and downpipe u definitely will need to change obviously.

You can always but an evo 8-9 manifold and modify it it works just fine... i have the DC sports evo 8-9 manifold and ported the flange to align with the 4g94 runners and cut the holes bigger to make it fit. I have a little ''how to'' for the evo manifold modifications you have to do to make it fit on my turbo thread if you want.

Take your time and don't buy **** parts off ebay because you'll end up replacing them later anyways

I want wrote down all I need for a turbo kit but I was looking online and there are some turbo kits for our cars .

Turbo kits :
http://www.turbokits.com/Mitsubishi/...Turbo_Kit/512/

Priced at 2.6k

Raceroad motors kit
Priced at 4k

Lancer turbo kit :
http://www.yourhotcar.com/prod/Custo...er_Kit/549014/
Priced at 1,100( I like the price, if I can get an opinion on it give feedback)

Or should I try and peice a a kit together .becuase the extereme turbo kit fits 01_05 so im wondering if its a direct fit .
Rrm I believe Is a.direct fit but too pricey

Turbokits.com is a pretty reliable site. I never heard of the other one.

The t25 is a small turbo, but it will spool up pretty quick. Also, if I were to get that kit, I would downgrade the fuel option and just buy some wrx injectors instead. That $400 would be enough to get injectors and tactrix cable and software. You don't want to deal with tuning with their additional injector setup since no one will be able to offer much help.

That $1100 kit almost looks like a eBay special universal kit. The don't mention anything about a manifold, nor show one in the pictures

Whats the down size about having small turbo . Less horsepower? Also will it have less lag. Becuase I am thinking about get the turbokit one. (Saving up for) it looks pretty complete .

Yeah, you won't be able to force as much volume of air into the motor at the same boost levels and it probably will have a lower peak boost value. But for what you're doing, should still be able to achieve 200whp. I originally bought the rrm kit, that kit there was a complete waste of money. Couplers didn't match and I had very bad customer service. I'm still using the set up, but I switched it over from the 5th injector setup and went speed density. Looking back on it, I wish I woulda pieced a kit together.

Ok, so with all the forced induction at 10psi on a lancer, what did you do for tuning? I can't imagine you made it 20k miles on an untuned setup
