Road/Race Stage 2 Turbo .. WOW!!!!
It's harder on the clutch because stock clutch can not handle the power... When boost comes on the power is too much for the clutch. Like I said..Wheels break loose in 3rd! Clutch slips about 5k RPM...
You're right about the breaks, but still.. the turbo makes your car go faster which demands harder breaking. Slowing from 100-0 mph with stock breaks is scary...

A few ??'s answered...
1)T-25 is smaller than a T-28 and way smaller than a BIG T-28. As numbers go up on turbos so do their outputs. Just like a 20G is smaller than a 25G... tell your friend to stick with his baby turbo.
2)Streetability and Longevity are all about the driver. If the driver loves to smash on the car then the car needs to be built for that... the week link on the stock car when STAGE 2'd is the clutch. Will it last... sure if you easy on it. Should you upgrade... i would as you got the power to use it not limp it around. After your clutch is done you will be fine ALL DAY LONG. I'm running around at 11psi daily. Driveability of the car is outstanding. Just like stock when your putting around and a million times better when you get on it. Unfortunately the stock clutch wasn't made for that much RAW POWER!
3)Ball Bearing versus NON... the answers are already posted. Review the last few pages comparing spool/longevity. There is no reall big gain for bb on this setup. There is a drawback though... its about 400 bucks more for a bb turbo!

Well after I got back from havasu I really didn't do sheit cause I was tired as hell. Then I got really drunk on monday and that turned into a cold which I had all week long and just getting over it right now. Fun huh ? And I broke my wheel stud today which was great, but besides that the car is running like a champ just need to install my clutch now. Just waiting to get those pistons and rods so i can join the big leagues with you guys
think im gonna get lsd if i have enough money too cause from what im seeing and hearing its necessary to run low 1/4 #'s. I was in your car and it pulled like a mad man in 1st gear hahaha, so that lsd is crucial. sup with ur ride? Let me know when u guys are going to the track again cause I wanna go to, im hoping within 2 months to have the pistons and rods and stuff in. later.

That's sweet to hear... can't wait to see you start putting down bigger numbers.
My car is super fast to everyone but me now... i'm so used to it that i'm throwing more money into it as we speak. I'll have rods soon and i'm going to take the boost to about 13-14 psi for daily driving. That should be mad crazy!!

What kind of fuel pump is supplied in the kit? Brand and rating... and the injectors as well?
Ran into a modded WRX the other night... my kid was in the car so I couldn't get too crazy but I gave him a run for a while...

There is quite a few on Stage 1 with stock clutch. I've yet to see anyone blow thru the stock clutch unless they did it knowing they would. As for Stage 2 guys there is about 4 of them now that have the stock clutch. They should upgrade I feel but they can get by if they don't launch hard on it.
I still have stock clutch on Stage 2... When I get on it on launches it slips... Top end seems to be OK...plan on swapping soon. Wife won't be too thrilled after dropping $5k in last ferw months but... Oh well!
Thanks for the Response on the Fuel ???'s Boe.
