I think you have to dent both models...yes that's what mine sounds like. but i talked to boe and he said that that's what it sounds like...so if you're installing yours with the greddy, expect to hear a turkey. I was jokingly talking to friends about putting "Turkey Power" across my windshield or "Turkey Inside" like the "Intel Inside" thing. It was just REALLY funny when we first heard it.

I guess it sounds mean. find a sound clip or something and send it to me and i can tell you if it's right. boe told me to adjust it 6 turns soft, so that's what i did. that sound is the sound of the air recirculating through the flex hose. It's a recirculating BOV, not one that vents to the atmosphere. a CBV (Compressor Bypass Valve).

that is nice, did you do it yourself? I'm having a custom hardpipe made for my set up so i wonder if the air will sound any differently traveling through a pipe for recirc. rather than a flex pipe. there is a sound clip at www.blowoffvalve.com of a greddy type s on a supra but im sure it doesn't sound that crazy, but give it a listen and let me know.

I know what yopu mean about the turkey... I am about posititve it is the air recirculating through the coiled wire reinforced radiator hose back into the intake. I am gonna get an audio clip on my PocketPC and will try to figure a way to post it...

you know how when you blow air through a bendy flexy straw it whistles? I think it is the same deal with the radiator hose...

Question Need to Know.

Question for all of you. I just purchased my 2004 Lancer O-Z 5 speed manual, and would like to know if the RRM Stage-1 Intercooled Turbocharger kit would fit the 2.0lt engine. I don't think they changed the engine between 2003 and 2004, but the body is totally different. I think the engine bay still has the same layout and space for the piping and intercooler. I also need to know if there is anything else I need to buy and install prior to installing the turbo. My car is stock right now, but not for long.
Thanks, Shado
