am i missing anything??

alright so i did some research and compiled a list to build a custom turbo kit for my oz
let me know if i am missing anything

310cc injectors
custom manifold and downpipe(got a local friend to do the work)
autometer gauges---egt, boost, air/fuel
t3 turbo, internal wastegate .50 trim
turboxs blow off valve and flange kit
turboxs boost controller
HKS turbo timer w/ harness
spearco intercooler
apex-i S-AFC fuel controller, and possibly a vortech FMU
greddy ic piping
braided oil return/feed lines

i should be able to run 8-9 psi until the internals get swapped out
that was everything i could think of
thanks

I would probably recommend going with an Electronic boost controller over the manual to help against boost spikes. Better to spend a couple hundred extra to be safe than to blow your engine and fork out a few thousand. Other than that your list looks good

Getting an EGT gauge and Air/Fuel gauge is redundant. If you don't want to spend a fortune and get a wideband O2 (best air/fuel ratio readings available, but it costs $400+) then stick to just the EGT. A regular Air/Fuel gauge is garbage. Instead of Air/Fuel, get oil pressure.

You need a fuel pump and some sort of fuel pressure regulator

And a FMU does exactly what? It regualtes and raises fuel pressure based on intake manifold pressure.

u dont need thoes injectors either. your stock ones are fine for running up to 9 psi. you might want to check your ic piping to make sure you can conect it to your custom piping. and make sure u take it to a good shop

Fuel requirements are a 12:1 FMU at least, the one on Ryan (the TSI kit guys car) is 14:1, and at least 190L fuel pump (Nearly direct drop in and swap) from a GSX or a 255L Walboro (Havent seen one installed yet don't know if its easy or not).

Or you can go Ryans route and stay stock on the fuel pump get a 14:1 FMU and a booster pump for the fuel which you install under the hood right before the input to the fuel rail (I want to say MSD makes this).

yea im in the same situation as maxum, you guys confused me on the fuel setup

doesnt the ecu have to be reflashed for stock injectors to run 9 psi? i think that is how rrm does it or wil the safc be what i need to adjust that

ok,,,,, but all i am gonna need is a 12:1 FMU, a 190 GSX fuel pump, and the
apexi s-afc.

i dont think the s-afc does shi+ for our car, prolly be cheaper buying the injectors, than dropping 450 on a piggyback even though it does add more power. there are other posts on here complaining about s-afc's and their similars saying that they dont work for our lancer. i think im just gonna get bigger injectors.
