Lose the rearview. What's behind ya doesn't matter anyways right?

Of course, not banging your system everywhere you go, and destroying what little hearing you may posess might be a bit of a solution also... Probably one your neighbors would like.

Now don't jump me saying "You don't understand... blah blah blah" I know all about the car audio bit. I compete, and have quite a little system in my car. But you give all of us a bad name if you're one of those kids out there blaring the low bass constantly, it's not only bad for you, but it's annoying as hell to the rest of us.

Please boom responsibly.

Any bass will shake that damn rear view mirror, and besides its annoying to have the radio on and look in your rear view mirror and you can't make anything out cuz its vibrates like a girl in a dance club. Even having the radio at a low and reasonable volumes does my mirror shake. Mitsu didn't plans for such annoyances like these so i'm making them known.

i would advise to hit up the dealership and have them fix it for you... they would prolly actually do it right.

I would get a new one from the dealer there is no way that your mirror should be falling off. No matter how much BASS you have. Your mirror is obviously faulty in some way. If you don't wish to replace it simply do without it.

i agree. there is something wrong with your particular mirror. it shouldn't rattle that much, especially if you turn it down and it still does it. get it professionally reinstalled at the dealer or other shop. it should still be under warranty, no?

Guys,
Lets give good advice here now......
Go to your local auto store.
buy some "Rear View Mirror Glue...."
Follow the directions on the package...Especially the one about cleaning with Alcohol...
rubbing alcohol that is.....
I guess I should have asked if the mirror glues on to the windshield first....

good idea fraggin ... they actually sell Rear View Mirror Mounting Kits (that will probably be the exact name of the kit) at ANY auto store which will do exactly what you want

Word of caution.....
This stuff has a glue and an activator.....
Try not to get this on you after it's mixed up, It will burn like hell, not to mention glue your finger to the windshield.

Take off the mirror.

EDIT: I don't know why so many people's mirrors are falling off these days but I'm pretty sure its a defect because my mirror has never fallen off my windshield. Try taking it back and getting a new mirror.

That Is The Funniest Thing I Have Ever Read I Would Say Duct Tape And Zip Ties Should Fix Everything If That Don't Work Take It Back To The Dealer. That's My 2 Cents

If all those ideas don't work. Get a custom mirror that attaches to the ceiling of the car. so even if it does pop off at least it is hanging
