Bass keeps shaking off my rear view mirror

My bass rattles my rear view mirror so much not only do i not use it when hits the right note it will rattle off and hit me in the knee when i'm driving. Highly annoying and dangerous. Any suggestions guys?

the mirror falling off is annoying and dangerous, but the sound volume isn't? first step would be to turn down the system.....

Where do you put/apply the super glue? Back of the mirror?.. LIke the ball joint?

i'm having a hard time seeing how this is happening, i had 6 - 10's along with 3000 watts rms in my lancer this summer, my mirror didnt fall off, in fact i barely had any rattles

regardless, i was slinging 3000 watts RMS, I HIT 165 DB!! so your saying that's not loud?

what 12 did you have? 5000 watt sub? by the way, just because your amp says it is 2500 watts, doesn't mean your pushing that much out of it, or even that it can push that much power.

also, i am talking RMS, not max power, thats worst than comparing horsepower at the flywheel and horsepower at the wheels

I had an old car that did that. I think I got some sticky tape and took care of it. Then sold the piece of crap to some idiot.

Must apoligize, but id have to say either take it down and dont use it because that is what I had to do with my old car....or you cant try double sided tape.....it held up a little better than any glue i could find....but after a while the tape fell too
