tap cigg lighter?

im trying to tap into my cigg lighter power.. how do i get access to this wire? i cant seem to get the center console off. any ideas?

da center counsel, dere are screws on one side on da bottom at tthe end of da foot area....either under da glove or near the pedalz

hey pm me if you can get that off i have a small little maglight i dropped in the console when i was instally my cd player i can't reach it but i can see it so let me know
