More On Amp Install

first off, did those side plastic seals that are covering the edge of the carpet just pop off? and then can i lift the carpet from there? so i can run wires? or is there more to it then that? and how hard is it to run wires to the door speakers? any tips and pointers on that? and if anyone knows a thread or a link to more specific instructions on installing an amp under the seat, and running wires under the carpet, please feel free to let me know

thanx

Yes they pop off, you don't nessicarilly need to run wires under the carpet, you can just remove them and run the new wires with the rest of the stock ones

I didn't run new wires to my door speakers.

I cut the wires out of the back of the wiring harness that are labeled and spliced new wires that ran to my amp.

currently have jl audio 6.5s all around p[owered by an alpine head unit and 275 watt amp by rf.

just got a w7 today that's going tobe pushed by a kenwood 1000 watt amp... probably going to wire that this weekend.
