OK, according to the wiring diagram chart that is posted on this site, the park lights are a green/white and a green/yellow wire at the white plug under the fusebox. Well, I am looking at that plug that is directly under all the fuses and there is no green/white wire, but there is a green/yellow wire. I start looking around and there is a plug furhter down under the kickpanel that does have a green/white wire. Also, that white plug under the fusebox is labeled as saying the white wire is the door trigger/dome light supervision...there are 2 white wires in this plug....hmmmm

Anyway, looking at getting some assistance on what I need to be looking at to finish this alarm install...it's got me wondering...the door lock wires are purple and lt green for lock/unlock, well I see the plug (I'm assuming), but the purple is a small gauge (18 maybe) wire while the lt green is like a 12 gauge...are these the ones I need to be looking at?

Thanks in advance...I usually know what I'm doing, but seeing as how the chart doesn't SEEM to jive with what I have is confusing me more...LOL!

As far as I know the 05 is no diffrent from the 04 and 03 cabin wiring, however since i posted that sheet in this forum i will try to help you as much as i can. My tech sheets show no change in the wiring but I will try to get a hold of an 05 tomorow or soon as i can.

I can also try to help you through it over the phone if you want if you have a multimeter...

sounds great...any help would be much appreciated...I do have a fluke. I had in mind maybe workin on the car this weekend sometime and hittin it hard...I've got most of the components (ie, glass breakage sensor, 2way transmitter, brain box, microwave sensor, remote trunk solenoid, LED, override switch, etc) mounted in their respective locations and I've started the wiring. I have a schematic I made up with the relays I need to use and where everything SHOULD go. As I started gettin into this, I noticed some of the wires didn't seem to match with what's on the chart, so I put the rest of the install on the backburner until I can get a resolution on where everything is at before I start slicin-n-dicin.

Thanks again and let me know what you come up with. PM me if you want to coordinate a phone conversation that would be good for both of us...
