anyone know? he put his tweeters in that corner triangle piece..

your talking where the mirror is!?! I think you are. Ive never seen this in our car. Is there room in there? I know jettas have it so it can be done I guess.

 

yeah i know a guy has, he put cloth over it so it looks cool

 

i put in on the triangle part of my car but it doesnt sit flush

Did you guys make the mounting plates for the tweeters or can you buy them?

 

the bracket the tweeter sits in came with my tweeter...i got polk audio comp set db6500 or something like that and it came with the bracket it sits in....there is a screw that goes in the inside that mounts to the triangle piecs

Sykou...I think that your tweeter mounts would look a lot better if you tried wetsanding them. Did you use clear coat on them? If so you should fill a bottle with some soap water spray it on the mount sand with 1500grit and then 2000grit. Then use some rubbing compound to take out the scratches from the sandpaper. Finish it up by waxing it with a little car wax.

 

How did you guys run the wires for the tweeters? I'm thinking of getting some tweeters myself. I want to get 2 for where you guys have yours. and 2 for behind the headrest in the back.
