Normally, I'd tell you to search... but I'm feeling extra nice.

That thread will give you a step by step on taking the doors apart
As for quick connects, I wouldn't bother. Hell, I wouldn't even bother with the stock wiring. Just run a new set of wires through the boot from the cabin into the door. Then, splice them directly into your harness connector.
I'd still suggest an amp though... your components will sound much better using a seperate amp than they ever would using a built in HU amp.

that you for your help, i actually saw that post before i asked..but i also wanted to know how to connect the tweeter and the mids to the cross over, cause i havent done it before..but i think i could search on google or ask friends..but i do have one last question ..is 1inch tweeter gonna fit where the stock tweeter is? will it mount up perfectly? thanx once again
No idea about the mounting... I drive an OZ. No tweets for me (not till my Morel 39's come in anyhoo) but the XO is usually very clearly labled.
With the wiring in the car, you'd do much better to run new wires. Just take the RF+ and RF- from the HU, plug them into the XO where it says Input + & -. Then on the outputs, the + of the woofer goes to the Woofer + on the XO... and so on. The only thing you might question is the Tweeter. It may have a few places in the XO where it can plug in. One will be straight out, the other may be -3 or -6dB. Use the straight one first, if the tweeters are too harsh, cut it down a few dB. Component speakers are very straightforward (till you start assembling your own sets)
