I would personally just prefer the factory setup. Go to your mitsubishi dealer. I remember seeing a book with all the extra addon options you could buy in one, like keyless, roof bars, things of the sort. My dealer for mitsubishi quit selling mitsubishi a few months ago and I don't know where the closest one is. I believe its almost and hour or so away. I'm tired of that crap.

You do understand that that'll probably cost at least the price of a nice solid Viper with all the trimmings. OEM FTL

If you get it at a Best Buy, basic labor is included and there should only be $25-$50 in parts/additional labor, if any. If a place tries to charge you more, you're getting ripped. They are easy to do, usually only 7-8 wires and then running the antenna.

the diagram for the autopage RS727LCD, which I planned on getting, has a lot more than 8 wires since it has the remote start function as well. I would really like to install it myself, but there are so many wires that need to be tapped into and I don't know if I'm going to need to buy extra relays or how a relay is even hooked up.
