New system in my 03

Heyy everyone first post finally after lurking for a long time! So Hi to everyone hah. But yeah I just scraped my old stereo setup pio dehp 7700 mp deck, 15" kicker L5 in custom box, 750.1 kicker mono amp, 6 1/2 polk momo fronts and a 200.2 kicker amp for the speakers... The new system..
2 Fi Bl 12" subs running one ohm a piece in a custom vented box built at about 4 cubes, 2 1600rms Hifonics BxI mono amps. MB Quart RVF 216 components for the fronts. Hifonics TX8805 4 chan to run the fronts active. Im still debating on the new hu.. I'm really thinking of going with the JVC KD-AVX2. Any suggestions? I have one sub and amp already and the box is being built with time off work next week. I'll get some pics up once its all nice and ready and then my termlab results

Man, you'll need a new HO alternator quick! I've got the MB Quarts too; they do sound awesome!

Update

Update: scrapped the BXI amps and going with 2 Hifonics XXV Zeus amps. And built 2 boxes instead of 1 for the subs. Still debating on the new HU, picked up the yellowtop for the amps. Upped all my wiring to 0g and did the big three. Hopefully I don't need a new alt :/. Progress got pushed a little back since last week a friend backed his jeep liberty right into my front end So now I need a new hood and front bumper ugh.

Awesome, I've heard the MB Quarts were awesome quality and man was I happy about that big up. I noticed a HUGE difference from the momos.

Yeah, when Tweeter had everything to listen to at one location I went crazy one night and spent about 2 hours just listening. For the price, you couldn't beat it! But I did go with the Polk Momos for my subs; I don't regret it either.

Also, if anyone knows of a good place to get a hold of a new hood and front bumper, either oem style or not it would be much appreciated :/

Not as "compact" as you think...this is doubled up the other side as well.

Spare? I've got a spare car! LOL Yes, the OE spare tire is in there...but last time I checked there's no way of getting under there with the enclosures there.

Nope, never have metered it. I didn't even research whether the two forward-firing subs would have an ill effect to the music/sound...but I've got no complaints! It's the only position that made sense seeing I wanted 1cu ft of volume for each box.

BTW, six 12"x12" 3/4th" MDF board doesn't make 1 cu ft of the volume inside the cube! LOL

LOL, yes, been there done that haha. We all forget to take into account thickness of the board or making each piece a different size to make the boards interlock once in a while

Well for you're viewing pleasure from my wonderful blurry cellphone here are some pics of the new boxes I built for the BLs
The one pic is next to my laptop for size refrence. It's a 15.4" screen
I'm gonna wrap the 2nd in blue carpet soon, And I used this sweet textured spray paint for the faces. I really like how it came out.
