Hey well I got my new GTS back in august. I have so far noticed that i have the red and white rca cables for ipod connections... I didn't order that part but i was wondering if its working or if there is something missing behind connecting it to the radio? Also anyone know if you can change out the Red lights behind the dash?

Anyways i looked threw the forums and couldn't find anything about how it works... if anyone could help me that would be great... Also i didn't see how you can make the head unit change to the AUX for that cable

 

For the Aux option, you need to hold down the CD button on the headunit for 5 seconds.

The RCA ports in your GTS are functional, and the only thing you will need is a cable to run from the RCA ports to the MP3 player for this to work.

As for the gauge cluster lighting, I have no clue! I kind of like the red.

 

oh and tip, put the volume limit on your ipod to 75% or it will sound distorted

 

I have a Microsoft Zune, and I can set my volume to 100% while keeping a high quality sound.

 

YAY it works didn't even know i had it... Question tho does yours have a funny clicking sound before you start the mp3 player? Then when mine starts playing sounds alittle funny.. scratchy ish my mp3 player is a 30g rca
