question bout subs...

i am currently running 2 12" infiniti kappa perfect VQs with a MTX thunder 4252 amp...also have a 4 channel running the 4 memphis components but thats not important..

my problem is.. when i turn the volume up and the bass hits low..it just sounds emppty like they're not hitting right...the subs are trying to reach it but they just sound bad..idk what the problem is..the subs themselves should have no problem hitting and im not even coming close to pushing the subs..idk if there just not getting enough power for some reason or if its the amp..

any ideas? thanks

The previous amp was a 2-ch amp...which can work for subs, but the mono block amp is a which wiser investment for subs.

Rock on!
