Question for Pioneer In-Dash LCD

alright I have a Pioneer DEH-p9400mp headunit...pretty much almost top of the line as far as CD/mp3 players go, and i am wanting to get a LCD screen to put in spot of headunit now, and then put headunit in bottom DIN, what i want to know is, will this headunit work with the AVX-p7300DVD http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=32826

without having to get the "brain" as it says it is needed...but it also says it will also connect to any newer pioneer receiver..this seems like a good deal at $600...but i don't want to have to buy the brain "AVM-P8000R" to make that DVD player work...so if anyone knows about this stuff, your input will be very helpful..thanks a lot

took that off pioneerelectronics.com looks like you might have to get the brain. Personally I went with the AVH-P6400 and the SDV-P7, no brain needed.
