Running power wire

I've tried to research running power wires through my car (03 ES Automatic). I found the grommit on the far left side of my engine bay, but I don't feel too safe draping it across the entire engine bay. I could run it through the fender but I read that the door could pinch a wire. I saw a couple people talking about putting it through where the clutch lines would go. I looked under my drivers side by the firewall and I saw a little Hole in the foam and a huge hole in the foam, but no actual hole in the firewall. Would I have to drill (I don't mind doing that) a new hole?

Also, I have a stinger 150 amp fuse that is sorta large, anyone know of a good spot to mount it? Thanks for the help

Yeah, just drill through it. Now that you've seen there is space on both sides, you know it is clear. no big deal.
