push button or other starting methods...info?

I have a keypad I'm going to use to start my car, it is a kill switch device though, and I've researched all over internet and there seems no way of putting the key in but having just the keypad start your car?? Is it possible.... the push button starters just close the relay circuit for like a second while you push the button, then released it opens back up, so no constant power right?? So I think that the relay connected to the keypad, once the code is entered, would remain with constant power, and if I wired that to my starter...then It would continually turn the starter, right? So is that true, or make sense....or anyway around that??

cant you just wire a nice looking, regular push-button switch to the starter? have the switch just intercepting either the starters ground or +12v, and hold until the car starts.......maybe?
