swapping Rockford Fosgate headunit in an ES

swapping Rockford Fosgate headunit in an ES
Hi guys, if I swap the regular headunit in my ES with the Rockford Fosgate 6-CD changer, is it nothing more than just a CD changer or would there be a difference in sound also?

I dont have experience with the RF radio, but I would assume that if there is a difference, it is minimal. the only thing I would be concerned about is if all the connectors are the same; since the RF system comes with an amplifier to power all the speakers, the connectors might be different.
