@gr1910: How do you take your spare tire out if you ever need it? But I have to say, your setup looks very clean.

 

it like this man, say you have them in a box,,, you have all doors and windows shut,,, stand outside the car or even inside, listen to the bass, then open the trunk and the windows, the sound of the bass deplenishes from when you had everything closed, thats why you would need a box, to get the most out of it, know what i mean?

 

actually, it depends on your type of system. some people that wall-off their vehicle, or that have extended cab trucks, get more bass when they open a window or a door..... thats why SPL competitions have Beat-Box challenges. the vehicle is allowed to open one door or window and it lets them have higher bass. however, in db Drag, you are NOT allowed to have any windows or doors open, because it sometimes gives you more bass..kinda "cheating"

ITs possible, hard, but possible... i just pull the wood that covers the spare up and there is enough room to take the tire out...
