Ok i know theres some experts out here so let me spit it out i wanna get some serious sound in my lancer what equipment will i need like give me a full setup of parts type of speakers size subs and all the goodies cause i gotta get a slamming system in my car i already have a head unit.

 

how much do you want to spend and what HU do you have?

 

diamond if u can afford retail and arnt as luck as me 2 get it for 75% of retail thru work that stuff will make almost anything when set up right kill anyother system around besides show car systems

you can get that HU online cheaper probably, unless you got it for a good discount... try to make good friends with the installer at best buy... they get super discounts on the equipment... isnt that where you work ryan?

 

for a 1,000 you can get a pretty killer system, but personally i would just get some good 3-ways, or a custum 4 tweeter/4mid setup, but thats jsut me cause im an audio major and my ears are special to me

 

if u know some one that works at best buy ask for a hook up. i use to work there and i got my whole system ... 2 amps.. 2 12" subs.. sub box, cap, amp wires for about $800. a normal customer would have spent maybe 1500 for the whole system. ..... i cant wait till i go back to work.

but shyt at best buy sucks.. i'd rather go to circuit city. alpine!! .. woohooo

what kind of deals can you get on amps? i'm lookin for somethin that'll put out about 1000-1500 watts. i live in PA, so jersey is only a bit away.

 

i have a 1500 rockford amp i dont even use .. i was gonna use it for my aftermarket interior speakers but i kinda like the stock speakers right now. look at my registry.. its mounted but not wired
