Question Changing out the speakers in my Lancer (your Mirage)

Hey,

Im looking to change out the speakers in my lancer with some pioneer ones upfront and in the back, the pioneer catalogue didnt have any ones in particular for the lancer. Does anyone know the measurements of the speakers front and back so that i can just go to pioneer with the size of speakers and pick those bad boys up.

Thanks!

try crutchfield.com they should have a feature that allows you to search for speakers that match the size of your factory speakers, and maybe give you the measurements aswell

speaker sizes...

here in Aust the speaker sizes for the Lancer CE (as seen on my website members.optushome.com.au/lanevo/) are:

Front - 4"

Rear - 6.5"

Removing the white plastic bracket on the front speakers means it can fit 6" but u might wanna check it out first if ur's is the same

Front and rear are 5 1/4"stock. you can always get the adapter for the rear to make them 6x9 or 6". And you can get a custom fitted insert for your front door panals to put in 6".
