Talking Guess what showed up at my door today

My sweetheart...

It's so heavy it's compressing the springs of my matress!

Nice quality CF weave...

The heavyweight champ weighs in at 142 pounds!!!!

This is no ordinary Audiobahn Immortal sub... I had audiobahn fit on a custom magnet and reinforce the cone a lil bit more.

Good looking and heavy. What are the ratings of that beast? How did that cost you?

3600 watts RMS with a dual 2 ohm VC configuration. A normal immortal pushes about 2000 watts RMS with the same dual 2 ohm VC configuration. As for the price, my terms of sponsorship doesnt allow me to reveal that info... sorry guys.

Price doesn't matter, it's still a nice looking sub. I've never heard Audiobahn's before, good quality?

audiobahn is ok. they are in the middle of the subwoofer world (most of their models anyways).

Audiobahn products are indeed high quality and the actual company is among the top in the mobile audio industry. Their amps are top dogs in the industry with the ability to run at full capacity for hours on end and never clip or overheat. Their subs can really out-pound competition with their ultra high excursion and high power handling. Also Audiobahn is an honest company, they list their products by the RMS power (constant power) rather than their peak handling. Lastly, Audiobahns subs are made for quality, power and LOOKS. Tell me, what subs or amps out there look better than audiobahn's?

Obviously from the "sponsorship" deal you have you cannot have a true unbiased opinion.

No sub out looks or sounds as good as the JL W7, NONE.

As far as power goes, 3600 W RMS? What amp do they make that will drive that into it's prime zone???

I'll take JL Audio over Audiobahn anyday. Not knocking them but you asked us to name names so I did.

Audiobahn has definately cornered the market with the looks, but they are still a mid-grade product...

Everything is worth what you want it to be...if it sounds good to you, it's worth the money!

Wow. How does that sub compare to the Clarion Thunderdome from a few years back?
