I have a 2008 es with the standard 140watt system. When I play music on the radio, i receive normal output but when I play a CD there is little to no music out of that driver side speaker, there is alittle static it seems.

Just started happening. Is this a easy fix? or do i need a new speaker?

It is a common failure for the headunit.

So go buy an aftermarket head unit or buy a used stock one - but make sure the CD plays from both channels.

Or buy new from mitsu...
