I just finished installing my Premier DEH-P440, and it took some innovation to make it look pretty good. Once you get the radio out (yes the instructions on this board are right on how to take the radio out) and you swap over the ISO DIN plates from the stock radio to the aftermarket one, mine didn't stick out of the console far enough to attach the trim piece around the aftermarket radio. So what I did was I bought some longer mounting screws for the radio. (The four screws that actually hold the radio in the car.) Then I put some washers behind the mounting holes of the ISO DIN brackets, and installed the longer screws to compensate for the extra length required due to the washers. It turned out looking good. You guys should try it if you haven't already.
