Help choosing amps-401s or 2 Xtant A3001

Ok here we go.

I can proably sale my 401s on ebay and make almost enough money back to equal the price of 2 xtant A3001. I will be putting them on HE2 subs the old school ones which I belive are 300 rms. It say 600 max on the back so im assuming 300 rms. Ok right now im running 200 rms to each sub with an AB amp. Would it get any louder with a class D amp running 300 rms. They will be in a sealed box for now.

Need help.

300W OUTPUT is 300W OUTPUT. The SPL won't be a whole lot different, but it will sound different:

AB amps will sound significantly better on subs....hands down.
