I dotn have a sunroof or anything. Oh well I cant really decide what the problem is. So im gonna just get it all out and just not worry about it anymore.

Was your car one of the early ones that was supposed to have the sealent recall?
Sounds like the same problem some people were having with the first few runs of the EVOs.Including mine. I never had anyu water, except what drips on my leg from the A/C duct, but some people were getting puddles just like you described.

Look under the front and rear rocker panels, underneath the car. There is a body seam that runs the length of the car on both sides. Near where you would jack it up with the factory jack. There should be a thick bead of sealant along that seam. If not take it to the dealership and have them do it. Or better yet go to Home depot/lowes and get yourself a calk gun and a little calk(hahaha) and do it yourself.

I had puddles of water until the recall, that was the problem and it happend after a big rain!!! get that checked out, you don't need water in your EVo man!!
