yea, the piggy will kick in not just at WOT but under partial throttle, but its still only effecting the car at something like 60%+ throttle. so if you modify more cells down to 2,000rpms as long as u don't have too heavy of a right foot u won't be activating the pig. i think u can actually see when the car changes over from open to closed with an OBD-II scanner like Digimoto.

good to see at least someone else has been playing with the software. 3-4% seems to make a noticable difference to me. a little more grunt down low.

I think I may be experiencing the same problem some people have with the Piggy Ver2. Even though I did not touch anything below 2500 rpm, my idle is really hectic. The car idles like an old carburated car. Nothing I can't live with, but just thought I'd share not only the good things about a custom map, but also the downsides.

Oh... and blew the doors off an older Accord this weekend

I hate to always say this but get to a track as soon as you can. It's easier to equate 1/4 mile times to hp improvements.

Won't be for a while. We still have snow on the ground over here Last time I ran 16.702 with bald tires and slippy track, can't wait to see what I can do this time. I added Piggy and Intake Manifold since the last time I went.

To any/all representative from RoadRace Motorsports. This post is not meant to bash, or discredit your company in any way. I've been getting request for my map in the past few days and I want to make sure I'm not breaking any rules since my map is a modify version of yours.

Your map is most likely covered by copyrights or something legal. Am I allowed to distribute my modify version. A few people asked me for it and I really don't mind sharing it for free. I want to make sure I'm not braking any laws by sharing the work I've done with your map.

Some people will ask why I'm not using the PM system for such question... easy answer. I want to cover my butt publicly.

This map is for the piggyback Ver1 only. Do NOT use if you have the piggy Version 2

If you use the map posted here, you use it at your own risk.

If anyone wants to try it out, this is my map.

i might be wrong but i think that was the whole thing about selling the map is that once you buy and modify it, people could share their modified maps.

You must mean "Selling the Software" not the map. I know I can't sell their own map for profit, I know that for a fact. I'm just unsure if I can distribute my modified version since it's based on their own work. It's a matter of Intelectual Property or some crap like that. I just want to play fair.

yeah thats what i mean. Once you buy the software, any of the maps you make on your own can be traded to others so that everyone can create trade and play with others. But I'd still wait for Rocks confirmation

i think you can share maps, just not share/give out the actual software. Seems like only a few people on here actually have the software. If you have a bunch of people asking for the map, how are they gonna load the map with no software?

Not really my problem I would assume some of those people know someone who use a SplitSecond product.

I have a laptop so i dont need the lcd screen or boost or egt sensor. but i also dont have money for the zt wideband right now. if i just get the $50 software, will I still be able to tune the piggy? cause i read about the open and closed loop thing but im not too good with that stuff. any help?
