Today i went and opened up the R4 software that comes with the RRM Piggyback V2 and it loaded fine untill i went to open up my file with my settings and maps for my ecu. It gave me 2 error codes so i thought it might be something in the software but after reinstaling it, it still gave me the same problem ! Are there any updates for the R4 Software? Also i know my files are not bad bec. it wont let me create a new file too, it just creates the file and you cant fill in any info or anything and you still cant open the new file back up without the error code.
It gave me the 2 following error codes when trying to open my file :

error #1 - 2147221231 - "was generated by project1 automated error, class factory can not supply requested class"

error #2 - 91 - "was generated by project1, object variable or with block variable not set"

The codes come right after eachother and then it goes back to the main screen!
Any help or suggestions?

 

What operating system are you running? I would contact SplitSecond directly for that kind of problem. They built it, they wrote the error message, so they should know what triggers it.

 

i have xp with SP2 .... yea im gonna give them a call today but i dont get why it would stop working because for like 3 months it worked fine
